Beyond dream interpretation

Dreamwork.
The intelligence that speaks while you sleep.

Dreams do more than tell stories. They reveal, rehearse, restore, challenge, and imagine. Dreamwork gives us multiple ways to engage that intelligence through the body, imagination, creative expression, dialogue, and ritual. It allows the dream to be explored, experienced, and brought into waking life rather than interpreted and left behind.

Think less. Know more.

What dreamwork is

Beyond interpretation. Into experience.

A symbol dictionary can tell you what a snake has meant to other people. Dreamwork asks what this snake, in this dream, feels like in your body and where that same energy may be moving through your life.

The process slows down and stays with the dream through its imagery, emotion, atmosphere, associations, and movement. Meaning is not imposed by someone outside the dream. It emerges through the dreamer's own experience.

Depending on the dream, the dreamer and what is alive in the moment, the work may draw upon:

Dream Nidra Embodied Focusing Active imagination Dream reentry Dream theatre Creative expression

The approach is responsive rather than prescribed. We follow the form the dream asks for, sometimes carrying what emerges into waking life through a personal practice or ritual.

The bigger picture

Dream interpretation is only the beginning.

A single dream can offer insight. A relationship with your dreams can change how you understand yourself, engage with life, and access the wider intelligence available through dreaming. Each layer opens into something larger.

Interpretation

Dream Interpretation

Analyzing an individual dream through its imagery and emotions to understand what it reflects about your current situation.

Dreamwork

Working the dream itself. Taking its symbols and fragments and exploring them with a depth that allows greater embodiment, so its meaning becomes something you experience rather than only know.

Dream Interfacing

Embracing symbolic intelligence as a living language that moves between waking and dreaming. An image from a dream may echo through waking life, while waking experiences continue to unfold symbolically in dreams. One informs the other, revealing both as interwoven expressions of an ongoing conversation.

Dream Intelligence

Dream Intelligence is not merely a collection of dream meanings. It is the underlying field that makes expanded human knowing, imagination, and possibility available. Dreams provide access to that field, but the field itself extends beyond sleep, expanding our capacity to imagine futures, perceive new possibilities, and create what does not yet exist.

Begin with the foundation

You may experience aspects of Dreamwork, Dream Interfacing, and Dream Intelligence before you have language for them.

D.R.E.A.M.S. is my foundational method for developing a conscious relationship with your dreams. It helps you recognize how dreams communicate, explore what they may be revealing, and respond while remaining rooted in your own inner authority.

This foundation opens the dreaming field beyond the single dream, showing you how interpretation becomes practice, practice becomes relationship, and relationship opens into Dream Intelligence.

Signature Methodology

One dream. Seven facets of intelligence.

A dream rarely reveals everything it holds from a single point of view. Like a diamond, different facets become visible depending on how we meet it.

Diamond Dreams™ is my proprietary methodology for engaging dreams as multidimensional intelligence.

Built across seven dimensions of dreaming, Diamond Dreams™ brings dream intelligence into conversation with planetary archetypes, the chakra system and spiritual alchemy.

Rather than reducing a dream to one meaning, each facet offers another way of seeing while keeping the dreamer’s own knowing at the centre.

Nothing is revealed to you. It is revealed through you.

Invite dreamwork into your world

The more my relationship with dreaming progresses, the more I see how significant it is to my waking life, my connection with spirit and my connection with myself. I tap into something so beyond my comprehension, and you’ve created such safe spaces where people can explore the art of dreaming and the impact it can have.

SOMNIUM · Ways to work with your dreams

Sessions and containers

You do not need to remember a dream to enter the work. Carl Jung entered waking dreams through active imagination, and we can do the same, beginning with an image, a fragment or what is alive in your life right now.

Specialized Pathways

When the inner world becomes impossible to ignore.

Sometimes the dreaming life becomes so active, vivid or unusual that it needs somewhere to go.

When your dreams feel relentless+

You may be dreaming so intensely that you wake feeling as though you have been working all night. The images keep coming, the stories feel endless and the pressure to understand everything becomes exhausting.

Dream Arc and Dream Continuum give that intensity a container. Together, we identify what deserves attention, what can be allowed to pass and how to develop a more discerning and sustainable relationship with your dreaming life.

The purpose is not to force the dreams to stop. It is to reduce the pressure to carry every dream, create clearer boundaries around the work and understand what the increased activity may be asking of you.

Persistent exhaustion, severe sleep disruption, distressing nightmares or physically acting out dreams should also be discussed with a physician or sleep professional. This work supports your relationship with the dreaming experience, while remaining within the scope of dreamwork.

When psychedelic imagery speaks loudly+

A psychedelic experience can leave behind powerful imagery, symbols, bodily sensations and encounters that continue unfolding after the immediate experience has ended.

Through embodied dreamwork, active imagination, felt sense and symbolic inquiry, we can return to that imagery once the initial intensity has passed. Rather than reducing the experience to a fixed interpretation, we explore how its images relate to your life, what continues to move through you and how the experience can be carried forward with greater consciousness and discernment.
