I do not guide from theory alone

I know what it's like to navigate change, challenge and new beginnings.

I know what it is to endure hardship, loss and pressure, to reinvent yourself after disappointment and to begin again when the path changes. I know what it takes to keep putting yourself forward when certainty is nowhere in sight.

I know the private upheavals that are difficult to explain to the outside world. Relationships that end and alter your sense of self. Careers that stop fitting. Identities that once protected you but can no longer contain who you are becoming. The disorientation of knowing one life is over before the next has revealed itself.

I also know the long work of releasing expectations inherited from family, culture and society so you can hear what your own life is asking of you.

This is the lived experience I guide from. Alongside more than twenty years of spiritual practice and study, it allows me to recognize the deeper movement within disruption and hold hope when you are too tired to carry it alone. Wherever you are in your soul's evolution, I meet you there and help you remain connected to your power, your inner knowing and the sacred.
