Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of beyondthesubconscious.com and your purchase or participation in offerings provided by Beyond the Subconscious, the practice of Natasha Bolvin, based in Toronto, Canada.

By using this website, purchasing a product, booking a session, applying for a program or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or participate.

The nature of this work

Beyond the Subconscious offers dreamwork, spiritual life guidance, intuitive and extrasensory development, astrology, oracle work, creative experiences, educational resources, events, mentorships and organizational programming.

These offerings support reflection, self understanding, imagination, personal development and spiritual inquiry. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical or mental health condition.

Natasha Bolvin is not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, lawyer, financial advisor or other regulated professional. The work is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified health professional.

Your inner authority and personal responsibility

Dreams, astrology, oracle practices, guided imagery, intuitive perception and spiritual inquiry are used as reflective and experiential tools.

No interpretation, image, chart, symbol, intuitive impression or spiritual framework should replace your own discernment or become the sole basis for a major medical, legal, financial, relationship or life decision.

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, wellbeing and the way you apply anything encountered through this work.

You may decline an exercise, pause an experience or withdraw from a practice at any time.

No guaranteed outcomes

Every person responds differently to dreamwork, mentorship, spiritual practice and intuitive development.

Beyond the Subconscious does not guarantee a particular personal, spiritual, creative, psychic, emotional, professional or financial outcome.

No fixed prediction, supernatural result, lucid dream, dream recall, altered state, intuitive ability or specific transformation is promised.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences. They should not be understood as promises that another person will receive the same result.

Eligibility

The website and its offerings are intended for adults aged 18 or older unless a different arrangement has been expressly approved in writing.

By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement.

Applications and suitability

Some mentorships, containers and private offerings require an application or conversation before acceptance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Beyond the Subconscious may recommend another offering, decline an application or determine that the work is not currently appropriate.

Where an application is required, payment and participation instructions will be provided after acceptance.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is clearly stated.

Payment may be accepted through Stripe, PayPal, Interac e Transfer or another payment method identified at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, payment schedules or additional charges will be disclosed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or transaction fees that are outside the control of Beyond the Subconscious.

A purchase is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Bookings and scheduling

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, scheduling and time zone information.

Sessions are generally held virtually unless an in person arrangement is expressly stated.

The duration, format and inclusions of each offering are described on its respective page. Additional time, materials, notes or follow up are included only where expressly stated.

Arriving late may reduce the available session time. Additional time is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

The rescheduling, cancellation and refund policy displayed on the relevant offering, event, checkout or booking page forms part of these Terms.

Please review the applicable policy before purchasing.

Where a signed client agreement contains more specific cancellation or refund terms, that agreement will govern the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Unless otherwise stated:

1. Completed sessions and services already provided are not refundable.
2. Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
3. Rescheduling is subject to the notice period displayed for the applicable offering.
4. Digital products are generally nonrefundable once they have been accessed or delivered, except where required by law.
5. Personalized products may become nonrefundable once preparation or creation has begun.
6. Event cancellation, transfer and refund terms are governed by the policy displayed on the relevant event page.
7. Payment plan obligations continue according to the agreement accepted at enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Longer mentorships and private containers

SPIRITUS, SEER, PERCEIVE, Dream Arc, Dream Continuum and other extended private containers may require a separate agreement.

That agreement may address scheduling, communication access, session frequency, payment plans, pauses, cancellations, confidentiality, boundaries and the responsibilities of both parties.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement will govern the specific service, subject to applicable law.

Organizational engagements

Workshops, speaking engagements, Dream TMPL experiences, retreats, leadership sessions and other organizational work are custom designed.

The scope, fees, payment schedule, travel, cancellation terms, recording permissions and intellectual property provisions for organizational work will be governed by a separate proposal or agreement.

Digital products and educational resources

Digital guides, recordings, frameworks, exercises and other downloadable or online materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only unless written permission for another use has been provided.

Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of the content or underlying intellectual property.

Access links and files may not be shared, copied, resold, published, distributed, taught, adapted for commercial use or uploaded to another platform for redistribution without written permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this website and the materials provided through Beyond the Subconscious are owned by Natasha Bolvin or used with permission.

This includes written copy, designs, photographs, graphics, audio, video, recordings, guides, exercises, workshops, teaching materials and original frameworks.

The names and frameworks associated with the work may include D.R.E.A.M.S., Diamond Dreams™, Dream Nidra, Dream TMPL, Cosmology of Dreams, SOMNIUM, SEER, SPIRITUS and other original methodologies or experiences.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, teach, sell, license or commercially use this material without prior written permission.

Brief quotations may be shared for noncommercial purposes when properly attributed and linked to Beyond the Subconscious.

Recordings and photographs

Private sessions may not be recorded by either party without the informed consent of everyone involved.

Events, workshops and organizational experiences may occasionally be photographed or recorded. When this applies, participants will be informed and any required consent will be requested.

Participation in an event does not automatically grant permission to use a person’s identifiable image or private story for marketing.

Privacy in groups and communities

Participants in circles, workshops, events and community spaces are expected to respect the privacy and dignity of others.

Do not share another participant’s dream, personal story, image, identity or contribution outside the space without their permission.

Beyond the Subconscious can establish community expectations and remove a participant whose behaviour is harmful, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening or persistently disrespectful.

Although care is taken in facilitating group spaces, the actions of other participants cannot be completely controlled or guaranteed.

Psychedelic integration

Where dreamwork is used to reflect upon imagery or experiences arising from a psychedelic experience, the work is educational, creative and integrative in nature.

Beyond the Subconscious does not provide, prescribe, sell or administer controlled substances and does not direct anyone to use them.

Psychedelic integration through dreamwork is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric support or emergency assistance.

Third party services and links

The website may link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, scheduling tools, Substack, social platforms and external educational communities.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Beyond the Subconscious is not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of an independent third party.

Where a link is an affiliate link, that relationship will be disclosed near the link. A commission may be received at no additional cost to the purchaser.

Website availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website and its information available and accurate. Continuous, uninterrupted or error free access cannot be guaranteed.

Content, availability, pricing and offerings may change. Changes will not alter a purchase already confirmed unless agreed with the purchaser or required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond the Subconscious and Natasha Bolvin are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, participation in an offering or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Beyond the Subconscious Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be addressed in Ontario unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the concern through good faith communication.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website and offerings evolve.

The latest version will appear on this page with the date of the most recent update. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not retroactively alter an existing signed agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
